***BIDDERS BEWARE*** I won a handful of collectibles (with their own boxes) and paid a hefty amount for the items won so this wasn't a cheap auction with cheap items. Everything was fine until I was given a very high shipping fee. This price was about double what I had paid from any other auction house. With that said I paid the shipping costs and waited on the items to arrive. Once I opened the box the real issue immediately became apparent. Rustys packed my box by just throwing all my items into the box and sent them on their way. Like I said above, each item had its own box and the laziness of the person to just throw everything in the shipping box is infuriating. ALL the items I received were damaged and are pretty much worthless. I have ordered from about 10 -12 different auction houses and never had any shipping issues let alone an entire order destroyed. I will not be ordering again from Rustys and I advise anyone reading this to stay away!

I have been a regular, frequent buyer at this auction for several years. And, I have found many items for my business; however, on a few occaisions, I have learned not to blindly trust their descriptions of items for sale. As a buyer, I consider myself to be responsible for previewing the merchandise. It's about a 70 mile roundtrip for me and their preview or inspection times are somewhat limited. Usually, I catch any discrepancies. Sometimes, I miss or overlook previewing a particular item(s) or only glance at it. Of course, shame on me, that I relied on their description of an item as a "painting" when it is only a print. Bottom line: while a person can sometimes find some good stuff at Rusty's, nothing can substitute for a careful preview by you, the buyer.

Love Rusty auctions. I shop often and always find neat items. Autumn is always so helpful and has my items in a group when I arrive at pick up.

Awesome online auction house. I have been doing business with them for years. If you want to find something, check out their auctions. They have everything, and you can get items at a great price. Also, they have a very friendly and helpful staff.
