18 with valid ID. I used my military ID and they accepted it
I was going to say 18 also. A school or college. ID would maybe accepted. U do have to sign an agreement to take pet to the vet n to take care of the pet.
Im guessing 18 with a valid driver's license or ID. We had to fill out all kinds of paperwork and have our drivers licenses.
