If you are asking if they take pitbulls in then yes they will. And with all that info that you provided he will most likely get adopted out fast. When you do take him, just put all that in your paper work and tell them on the spot that he HAS TO BE inside.....But if you ask me most dogs are inside dogs unless you take them out to just go potty and for jogs.
