I haven't any idea it's been years and years ago that I felt with them I was at commercial metal across the street .

I believe the Dallas animal shelter is a no kill shelter. They will put an animal down due to very bad injuries or a very bad attitude.

If it can be nursed to health is going up for adoption if they take of it more than likely your not getting it back.. Unless you adopt it..its not free care
