Ok thanks. I really don't want to do this, but I don't have anyone that wants the dog and I'm not one to just dump animals either and I can't afford to pay for dropping him off at SPCA.
There is not a fee to surrender your pet.
Crystal im not sure. You would need to contact the shelter itself to ask that question.
