Geeezus man.. So are all animal shelters closed today?? I have tried so many animal shelters that "take in" animals but none of them seem to answer especially this one... Or they're rude...

I believe you have to show up on the designated days and times to be able to surrender an animal.

You can't just call and surrender a dog You have to come during their hours the surrender area/ receiving area is open

You don't call them you just show up there and surrender the animal.
