My neighbor has a horse in his backyard. The yard is very small to have a horse, thus I have to deal with the smell coming from his yard. Can't sit in my backyard or front yard because of the smell what can be done ?

There is a certain amount of space you must have to own a horse. Also you can report the smell could be violation for unsanitary conditions. Call 311 to report this or you can use the City of Dallas app.

Report this to the City Service's to have it checked out to make sure He is allowed to have a Horse and there is adiquate amount of space to keep a Horse on His Property.
