Thank you for your question, we actually hear this a lot. Skin issues are always a hard question to answer unfortunately as there can be so many factors. Environment, Allergies to food/ pollen, poison ivy, or even bug bites (fleas/ticks). Your best plan of action is to see a vet for proper diagnosis. As always we recommend this as we can not treat or diagnose without a patient/doctor relationship.
It could also be an allergy to food or invironment, it's always best to have her looked at for HER comfort and health ;)
Insects or it could be her bath what you given her a bath with try that jack & Daisy shampoo thayv got iv got to get me some too lotion that's good.
