I just moved back to Idaho from out of state. If I have to provide documentation that I live in Nampa or the surrounding areas, would a piece of mail work? Cause my mailing address if different from my physical address

You have to have proof of living at physical address. Such as a power bill, water bill etc. The thing is, the bill has to be mailed to the physical address with your name on it. Any proof of residence has to have your name and physical address on it.
