Our team has always worked diligently to keep our stores clean and properly sanitized, but in response to the current public health situation, we have increased our cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our stores. This includes more frequent and thorough cleaning, every hour, especially in areas that are touched more – with registered antimicrobial products for use against Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. We also have marked out areas to show proper social distancing for our customers. Finally, we do require our employees to wear masks at all times for safety measures, and we provide free masks and hand sanitizer for our guests if they need those items. We also offer Same Day Delivery and Curbside Pick-up services for contactless shopping.
The workers wear masks but are lax with customers wearing masks - at least at the doggy bath. They are still strongly recommended, though!!
