I love the high intensity workout. You see all ages, men and ladies, and all body types working out. I have never felt uncomfortable or judged, just encouraged to do my best. You can workout at your own fitness level. I like that I get such a great workout in 60 minutes and I all I have to do is listen to what the coaches tell me. Each day is different and I never get bored. Speaking of coaches, they are the best! Love all the coaches and their enthusiasm! They are encouraging and always there with a smile. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. The owners of this location are great. They are always around and encouraging. I’ve even had them working out in several of my classes! I believe they care about their employees and patrons and it shows!

Our studio has classes that have a large portion of aerobics. We combine resistance and aerobics with the skill of our trainers for a unique and fun experience to build and maintain your physique. We have a coach who speaks Spanish who trains on Thursday afternoons and on Sundays.
It’s our top priority to keep our staff and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels.
