Filled out intake form and said I am an addict/alcoholic in need of a psychiatrist that will treat the underlying issues of my disease. I know I am suffering from major depressive disorder/severe panic disorder. Also mentioned I am on Medicaid. I have saved up enough money to go to a REAL doctor and not a Medicaid scam artist. I was willing to pay they outrageous prices despite the price because I assumed if you are willing to pay for the real doctors you will get quality care. Was denied from the practice. Don’t know if it is because I mentioned I was an addict or I was on Medicaid. I would have paid the money. Gave me referrals to places I have already been that did more harm than good which is why I was willing to pay the 500$ to see a real doctor. Funny as this dr. claims to understand addiction but was unwilling to take me as a patient. And suggests me to go to JPS. Discriminatory. Should have known seeing as she practices out of colleyville. Rich people only look out for their own.

Dr. Fairweather UNDERSTANDS. I can't say enough about how refreshing and wonderful it is to have a doctor who has been there and knows what it is like. (Her staff is also top-notch - they are incredibly kind and responsive.)

Dr. Fairweather took the time to listen and effectively treat my ADHD. I am so happy I found her, but wish it would have been sooner. If you’re looking for a psychiatrist, she is definitely who you should see.

Dr. Fairweather is AMAZING!! She is kind, compassionate, & doesn't give up. She has changed my life for the better and I can't imagine using anyone else. She listens, asks questions, and wants the best for all her clients. She wants you to be the best you can be and is definitely wanting to help you get there. Give her office a call or if you prefer text, they even have a chat button on their website that they actually respond to. All of my communication with the office has been through text and its been amazing for this neurodivergent!! She's the best!!!

Typically, the wait is less than 15 minutes. If, however, there is a patient emergency, or there are patients scheduled before you who need extra session time, the wait can be longer. Please keep in mind, though, that you also will be afforded extra session time if you need it.
We do not accept insurance; however, we do provide insurance-ready forms that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement under your out-of-network coverage. I hope that helps.
