My wife drinks Mezzacorona Pinot Grigio. I have noticed there are 3 so far that I have found that have different names on the bottle. There is vigeti Delle Dolomiti, Trentino Doc & Delle Veneze. My question is what is the diffference in the 3 wines?

It appears there are different regions within the growing area of the vineyard, hence the different names on the bottle indicating regional grapes used as a blend.
