When I came in I asked for a haircut appointment. I wasn't talked to about what I wanted. Everybody had long layers so thought I was in the right place. Cindy lu was my stylist and she does not know how to do long layers. I ended up with a blunt cut. She is a mid-level stylist which I did not know before I went in or I would not have booked with her. But I gave her a chance she took a phone call in the beginning of me sitting in the chair of my haircut. She took me away from the mirror and cut off 6". On the way out as I was in shock she said I hope it's not too short.

I have thick curly hair and was looking for someone out here who can do my hair like the salons in NYC, and Cindy is my go to. My hair always looks good leaving the salon. I love my curls! But sometimes I want that straight, sleek look and she gets it done.
