I was wondering why the diaper liners do not have a hole for the dog's tail like the diapers do,I am having to cut a hole or am I putting it on my dog's diaper wrong

Hi Sylvia, can you post the link to the type of diaper liners you are using? Like Holly said, your best bet would be to look on the products website or contact them.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer as I've never had to use these products. But I recommend calling either petsmart or going to the website of the products company.
