Call the main number and press the customer service option you might have to just keep calling multiple times but they will answer it's really sad to have to go through this but it's a part of dealing with Walmart these days I'd say just keep calling until you finally get a customer service representative that's what I had to do on multiple occasions it's going to take you multiple times and a little time they will answer in their own sweet time but honestly I'd just say KEEP CALLING!
Visit the customer service instead of calling, there is no one at customer service desk.
