We went to get bluetooth ear buds. On initial visit, help was hard to find. There are so many choices of the different types & we wanted to find out from the staff their suggestions. Unfortunately we picked the wrong ones, he couldn't hear on the ones we bought. We returned them to exchange for better quality ones. On the 2nd trip we were fortunate to have a well knowledged young man who helped us immensely! He knew his stuff for sure. The exchange process was truly flawless. The only reason for a lower rating was our initial visit.

You can check online for your local store or give them a call. Best way is order online and have it sent to your store and they will let you know when to come pick it up.
