Check with your local animal control ( pound ) . they usually have a cheaper way.

Im so sorry, just go up there and explain to them you only have so many $ there fantastic just go talk to them or you could turn him to to city pound either way its a good thing he probably in discomfort just do best for you and him god bless you sweet darling
