I use Neels. They are the best but I do not know about their payment plans. Sorry. Call them. They are all really nice.

I have used Banfield animal hospital they are located in all Petsmarts.
You can get many choices of payment plans from the really helpful doctors and technicians. I really reccomend asking for Dr. Pillai (puh-lay)
Southside Bird, Dog and Cat Clinic. On south Shields. They are good and inexpensive. Just not 24 hours or an ER.
They have care credit and will work with you.
