No it's not permitted. What you can do is BBQ walk around the lake or just relax on the grass and do take the kids and or dog thay will enjoy there time out doors
I would recommend it. You can fish there for sure.
There's BBQ grills at the park plenty of tree's for shade and grass around the BBQ area fishing allowed can't eat the fish caught.
