I agree with Lawrence Miller. Parking is a commodity in downtown Flagstaff. The parking Garage on San Francisco may be an option. Also, if it is after 5 pm, you may use some of the county lots. There is one on the corner of Cherry and Leroux. It isn't that far from Lotus Lounge.
Accessible parking is hard to come by in downtown Flagstaff. If your vehicle has a low clearance height, you could try the garage on San Francisco, which is really close to Lotus, but you'll need to go to one end of the block to cross the street. And you might need to be able to use stairs to get out. Unless you have a really strong powered chair. Then you might be able to drive up the car exit ramp. I don't live in Flag anymore so I'm afraid I can't get you pictures of the inside. If you're using a wheelchair and your vehicle has a side door ramp, you could parallel park on whichever side of the street puts the ramp on the sidewalk. There are occasional street posts and other installments that could interfere. You might be able to look at Google maps satellite images to preview where the most accessible spots may be. Also heads up - the majority of Lotus' seating is upstairs and I have no idea if they have an elevator. You may want to call ahead to reserve a ground-floor table.
