New to AJ.
Loaded up all of the grandkids on this hot, Saturday morning. All excited to go to the splash pad. Got there, and it's not working. Lots of very hot and disappointed children. Is this normal for a summer Saturday?

Good afternoon did you stop on the button that is on the ground to activate the splash pad? There should also be a phone number down there that you can call and receive assistance.
I checked with maintenance and it should be running.

The splash pool has not been running since covid started
