Do you have to be a valid Phoenix Library card holder to get a culture pass or is that available for anyone walking into the library requesting?

Hello, yes you must be a Phoenix library card holder in order to receive a limit of 2 passes.

And it does have to be active. They do expire. Just make sure you go to the front desk and update it. The passes are 2 per month. 1 culture pass out during a 7 day period, and 1 per household.

MUSEUMS FOR ALL Arizona Science Center has joined the Museums for All program which extends discounted general admission to EBT cardholders through SNAP or TANF who are 18 years of age or older. Current EBT card and a valid photo ID must be presented at time of purchase. Cardholders receive general admission for $3 per person for themselves and up to three others upon presentation of their EBT card at the Admission Zone. This benefit is only valid during regular daytime hours and cannot be used for separate ticketed special events or combined with any other offer/discount or applied to advance or pre-purchased tickets.
