Does the dog park have fencing around it

All fenced in, 2 different areas. No swimming at crossroads, but down the street at Cosmo I think they can swim

Yes. The park is fenced. Sectioned for size - large and small dogs. I've not noticed an area for swimming, that's dedicated to dogs.

Yep! There is a large fenced in area for "Active" dogs and a smaller fenced in area for "Timid" dogs.

Sure does! I believe there are two areas you can take your dog into as well.
