As long as your MMJ ID is from NJ im pretty sure you can use any one of those ID's. They ask for 2 forms of ID, one being your MMJ card. It just asks for a second form with your pic on it.
NJ does not recognize out of state cards. You must be registered in NJ with a doctor you have a "genuine doctor/patient relationship" with, which is 4 visits. Depending on the doctor, it can cost $50-$150 per appointment. It could take about 2 months to get your card. If you're just visiting NJ, it's not worth it. If you're stuck here for a while, shop around for a cheap doctor and get in asap to get the ball rolling.
