None of the medical States I've been in ( CO & FL) , have reciprocal privileges. It sucks cause we need access to our medicine. I also use CBD'S. They are legal and have no psychotropic effects. Since it's illegal to fly with our medicine something needs to be done to correct this issue. Have a great day 😊
It's not recognized at the federal level, only your state. It's still very much a crime and I am more than grateful that NJ offers the program. That being said it's really sad that something so helpful and 99% safe is a schedule one narcotic and it seems solely for the purpose to benefit insurance companies, but you can get cocaine and opiates at your local pharmacy for pennies.

NJ is the worst. I'm facing possession charges after a neighbor called, I have California and Michigan cards. Jersey card in the mail!! Court 11/30 (3rd appearance).

Unfortunately, it's NJ, not the dispensary. NJ doesn't recognise out of state cards.
