Yes, on your initial visit, either as a walk-in or apointment (walk-ins have to wait) an employee will show you the menu and go over what will best help you. It may seem intmidating on your first visit but the staff is great, very kind and supportive. Do not be afraid to ask questions. They are very belpful there. I believe you will be fine.
