Dr. Medvedofsky on Fries mill rd in Washington twp/Sewell, it's NJ Alternative Medicine. You'll have 3 appointments w them, they'll explain everything. Insurances doesn't cover anything. You can get discounts tho if you have any state support (WIC, food stamps, state insurance). After you've completed your 3 classes, you have to pay the state as well for your card ($200 w out state assistance discount, $20 w it). I have fibromyalgia and spine issues as well and cannabis is only thing that helps me. Praying the cannabis helps you!
