I would suggest that Esther display great customer service for there call in customers as well. Maybe they can assign or hire someone for that position only. If Esther's signed up for Uber eats they should have taken that under considerations.
wow had no idea you they were on Ubereats. but they are severely busy normally with dine in customers every time I've gone.
I dont work for this establishment but i have had nothing but good experience with the food and the customer service. Restaurants sometimes have to manage a million things at once and things can get hectic fast. Customers in the restaurant automatically take priority but i can tell you from experience as a cook that your patience will be greatly appreciated and any good restaurant will show their gratitude to kind and patient customers. I hooe your problem gets sorted out. Another thing to take into consideration is a posible error with the 3rd party delivery compamy (uber eats) its very likely they complicated things.
