I would speak with corporate if you had that type of experience, like you my cars means a lot to me as well. You pay too much money to experience poor customer service.
Our apologies to all for the lack of response from Davis Chevrolet in this section of Google, as we had no idea until recently about some of the comments being posted here. I also thought it important to tell the rest of the story regarding the comments above. These comments are from a customer we know very well, Ms. McDonald. Ms. McDonald owns a 2014 Chevy Cruze with over 170,000 miles that has multiple issues in need of repair, all of which she has DECLINED. She has also been consistently abusive toward my service drive manager along with other employees in our service department for absolutely no reason. We are certainly not perfect, and when we make a mistake our goal is to correct that mistake and make each and every customer happy. That is not the case here, as we have done everything in our power to help Ms. McDonald. Matt Davis/Owner & General Manager
