Currently in the drive through there was only one car ahead of me and it’s been 15 minutes exact! I’m still waiting at the window. Bad service they need to hire more people to have better customer service.

According to my discussion with the stuff one time many people order food on the phone and do not come to pick it up that is why they have decided not to entertain people on the phone but only when they arrive that they make the stuff for them. Mind you that the barbecue takes time, this is not really a fast food restaurant it's more like a made to order kind of thing. Sometimes it's worth the wait depending on how bad you want it. I always go inside and place the order, drive thru is more cumbersome at this location.
