As much as I used to enjoy coming to jones their pathetic service has literally changed my mind. You pay extra to receive the sauces you want the food you want and how you want it... you say thank you and please but the attitude and specially the attitude of the one taking your order is horrible and the way she conveys your order to the ones who're making it is even worse. As if they're doing a favor by taking our order and providing you with what ypu asked for. Everytime single time I ignored her and kept on hoping she will remember me since we go there so often but I guess I was wrong... once again she provided the same pathetic service. I feel terrible leaving a bad review but this place will continue to lose customers if they don't practice basic customer service etiquettes with those working there specially this girl who's always on her phone while taking orders. We've literally stopped dining in here we used to be here every week and brought family and friends but it's no longer the case. I rather take my business to someone who will atleast puts in effort to be nice.
