Slowest service in the history of fast food. 30+ minutes to get food (been there 3x+ times and all long waits) Better to just go to a restaurant. Was in the dining area observing the staff and the manager is rude,yells, and causes chaos around her.

I blame it on the sell out to Chicago.

In drive up double line about 15 minute wait didn't mind till I got cold fries I went inside and ask them to please change them to hot fries they did immediately I should have returned it all my ice was melted in my drink, lettuce and tomatoes were already soggy on my sandwich need to be more orderly in the line sequence food Mine obviously sat there for a while before I got it first time I've ever had a problem with this location
