This Popeyes in Rancho Cordova off of Zinfandel is awful. Waited over 45min in the drive thru. When we finally got to the window the food was still not ready. Had to park & wait another 12min. They forgot our soda, no dip sauce,no napkins or utensils

They are the worst. The orders are never right and waiting for the order is always super long too. I ordered door dash today and they blamed the dasher for the order being incorrect...? My order was a simple 3 strips. Instead the gave a leg and thigh. I called and asked if it can be replaced. They the manager says no because it was not their fault, that what I ordered was not correct.

yes Gaby!! We asked to speak to a manager and she was no help and rude too ! Never going back to that location again.

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and still nobody took my order, so i left. This location has terrible service
