So I ordered a chicken sandwich the chicken itself was great there was so much mayonnaise on it it dripped with mayonnaise it was disgusting and then I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade it wasn't right when I got it I told them that it wasn't right and they said oh well that machine doesn't work well they didn't tell me that when I purchase the drink I was really disappointed I thought they were so dang overpriced for what they were selling just disappointed

Customer service needs improvement, drive thru employee didnt even smile, does she hate her job that much, that she can't even pretend to be Thankful for the job. She didn't even acknowledge us when she handed our food to us and closed the window No smile, No Thank you. I will have to forgo purchasing food from this establishment in the future. I get way better service at the competitors.

Food was thrown together with no consideration. I asked for extra utensils and didn't receive them. There was no ice in our drinks and I asked if there was a shortage and the lady smiled and said yes. I spent over $70 on our meal and felt totally disrespected.
