Disregard Regan's answer. They do NOT permit outside food in the park because they want you to buy from their (outrageously expensive) food vendors. Some people may succeed at smuggling food through the entrance inspection, but if you're caught you'll have to walk your food back to your car or throw it away.

No you can only bring water. There are lockers outside security but best to leave any outside food in car.
They search bags at the gates, but small snacks are sometimes over looked
