I'm not sure. I called and made an appointment. I would recommend making one. The one thing to remember is you will wait at least an hour and a half unless you go on a day their not busy but that is highly unlikely. You will need to take off work because it's not walk in and get your dentures. Your morning visit is to get impressions for your dentures then you'll have to go back at four to pick them up and see how they fit. If your gums are swollen from any teeth that have been pulled you'll have to go back three or four months later to get them adjusted. You will probably need two adjustments. I wore mine for a year without having them adjusted and went back just a few days from being a year and had them adjusted and now they fit pretty good. Sorry to ramble but just remember it's going to be a long wait morning and afternoon. Just because I made an appointment didn't mean anything. When you make your appointment try to get tha absolute earliest you can get.
