In order to be heard your best bet is write a letter to us and explain. Then their's a waiting period "Everybody" goes through just make sure you have your correct address, Cell or House phone where you can be reached at, also your SSN #...without that information they can't help you...
You can go onto the irs.gov website and look for where’s my refund. Once you put in your information it should give you an update. You can also look in the website there is a phone number to call it will take long for the wait. Good luck
