If you buy an electronic ticket for printing from your own printer there is an expiration date that you have to use it by. But I don't think refunds are available.
Six flags don't offer a refund for purchase
No refund, but can be used for another day at the value of the ticket. It's best to get a hold of 6 flags for clarification.
