The owner responded to my post about it being late for sunflowers, but didn't tell me when sunflowers actually come out in this region of the US? I grew up in Ohio where they are now in full bloom for the season.

I was at the botanical gardens last Friday and there are wild sunflowers there. Also lots on the side of the road on the 168-w before academy Ave. Right now.
