A very somber place, so many very old tombstones from the pioneers of Academy from the 1850s until the present. I was looking to find one of our ancestors but did not find his stone.

The response from Mary Meuel is correct. You can visit the District Office on Villa and Herndon. Academy cemetery is unmanned.
