First off, I don't believe Blaze stands for their quickness at taking your order, it is for the speed it takes to bake your pie. Which I might add has been very quick from order to table in just over 5 minutes each time I have eaten there. I Imagine that you perceive customer service equals speed because of where you work, that is not the case for every restaurant. I also Imagine that most of your customers are drive thru and your menu is exactly the same for everyone, other than an extra pickle here or no onions there. At Blaze you go to enjoy your meal not wolf it down on the road or in your car. It's a place you want to relax and enjoy a specialized pizza that you yourself created, whether by yourself or in a group it is spacious and their customer service skills are aparent when developing your creation as they know which topping goes good together. They are friendly helpful and very approachable, not rude like some fast food places I've been too. I give them 10 thumbs up!

Speed wasn't a problem in my experience. This is not a fast food spot, there is no drive thru and set menu. You customize or choose from their signature selection. I didn't notice a delay and I had 3 pizzas fired up and cooked within a few minutes.

We don't go to Blaze Pizza for the speed. It's the experience and getting to pick stuff. I will keep going regardless of the speed. Note: not fast food.
