As my birthday I am having a Dia de los Muertos theme party this Saturday and I came to get them done since I received a birthday text that I’ll get a discount and had a great experience last time. Before she did my nails I asked her is she can do it and she said yes. WRONG!!!! The lady couldn’t even finish my nails because she couldn’t do a skull !!! So she left my nail all black. And she still charged me full price $110 for something I’m unsatisfied about. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!!! WAAAAACCCCCCKKKK Why mislead someone and having them pay full price for something they did not even finish. If she couldn’t do it then she should of just said it and that would of been fine. And simply could’ve gone to Urban Nails in Camarillo. Picture on left is what I asked for and obviously the right is what I got.

Made 2 toes and 3 fingers bleed, uneven nails and crooked. Bubbles in polish on some nails. Painful experience and my nails don’t look nice either.
