Yes, you can still get the 11% as long as the items were bought within 14 days and you have the original recipet. The form needed is a price adjustment form. It doesnt work on any items that were on sale, propane, or rentals. You can get the form from the service desk or front end office. You get the form, fill it out, attach the original recipet and you'll get a rebate.
