I tried to get in with unopened bottles of water this past Saturday and they make you pour everything into a cup, you CANNOT bring unopened bottles in, they made me take them back to my car. They charge $5 inside so they want to make money.

Yes, you can bring in food and one unopened bottle of water per person. I'd recommend bringing in food as the food choices are not very good and are very expensive.
You can bring food. No alcohol. Only a small cooler. One unopened water bottle, but if its really hot, you can bring multiple bottles. Just tell them you are worried about dehydration and you will hopefully be fine. It has been so hot!
