The website states that all shows at Riverbend are Rain or Shine. You might want to call ahead, though. If you have lawn seats, it's almost impossible to see the performers except for the jumbotrons. People never sit down and its extremely crowded. The recent Dierks Bentley concert was disappointing because of this.
