Our current Lexus dealer picks up our car, leaves us a Lexus loaner and returns our car when service is completed. The dealer is over 75 miles from our home. Will this dealership provide the same service?

Hi Kathy. Thank you for your question. We do offer complimentary pickup and delivery of Lexus vehicles for scheduled maintenance and repair. There are some restrictions on distance, however. In general, we operate within a 25-mile radius of our store. Please feel free to contact our service department at 513-677-4590. We do hope that we are able to assist you in the future.

I don't know. Sounds like a tall order to me. Depending on where you live, there could be a closer dealership. Never hurts to ask, right?
