Are the cars that are auctioned checked for safety and driveability issues. Are any issues found disclosed to the buyers

I'm not really sure, may need to call and ask. However, from what I heard, the person that donates the car tells goodwill what's wrong with the car and that's what they tell the people at the auction. I believe all the cars typically drive but may need repairs.
