It depends what Jacob said is true or you can buy time cards which is unlimited play for a specific length of time at certain price pending on which package which have different prices!
If you are just spectating, nothing. It's kind of like an arcade where they load up a card with credits. Every credit is 50¢. Most games are 1$, bumper cars are 12 credits or 6$. All prices are on the site.
