Interestingly, as a current resident this is what happens when you call them (often during business hours): your call goes to an answering service where the staff have prompts to tell u they will pass on your message / questions but cannot directly answer your questions/maintenance request. All they can do is write down your concern and you have to cross your fingers that for Lake Meadows management will reply. From my experience, if it deals with a complaint or a request for maintenance, your request can be conveniently ignored since you didn't "directly" speak to Lake Meadows.
It ALWAYS goes to the call center. It's the way they want it. There is another number that goes directly to the management office, but it's not easily found.
I would call Lake Meadows directly. I don't think that they are aware of that call Center
